Abstract

|
목적 : 본 질적연구의 목적은 임상실습에서 간호대학생의 무례함 경험을 파악하는 것이다.
방법 : 임상실습을 한 갓 졸업한 신규간호사를 대상 11명을 대상으로 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집했다. 주요 질문은 "임상 실습에서의 당신의 무례함 경험을 이야기하여주십시오." 이었다. 면담자료와 인터뷰의 사본을 Colaizzi의 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다.
결과 : 임상실습에서 간호대학생의 무례함에 대한 경험적 주제는 ‘언어적 무례함에 노출됨’, ‘부당한 질책을 받음’, ‘하찮은 존재로 취급됨’, ‘부담스러운 존재로 간호에서 배제됨’, ‘열악한 실습여건’, ‘실습에 몰입하지 못함’, ‘압도된 분위기에서 눈치껏 처신함’이었다.
결론 : 간호 학생은 3, 4 학년 임상실습 기간 동안 간호대학생은 간호직원, 환자, 환자 가족 및 기타 직원으로부터 무례함을 경험하였다. 또한, 환자로부터 불필요한 신체접촉에 노출되었다. 따라서 임상실습에서 보다 안전한 환경을 제공할 필요가 있으며 학교는 학생들의 임상실습을 향상시키기 위해 이러한 유형의 문제를 해결하는 것이 필요하다.

Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative study was to evaluate nursing students’ experience of incivility during clinical practice.
Methods: Data were collected from 11 in-depth interviews. The main question was “Could you describe your experience of incivility during clinical practice?” The qualitative data from the field notes and transcriptions of the interviews were analyzed using Colaizzi’s method.
Results: The experiential themes of incivility to nursing students during clinical practice were 'exposure to verbal abuse', 'receiving unjust reproaches', 'treated as an insignificant person', 'excluded from nursing as a bothersome person', and imidated in an unfamiliar atmosphere'.
Conclusion: Nursing students experienced incivility in many ways and from a variety of sources, such as nursing staff, patients, patients' families, and other employees during clinical practice as part of the 3rd and 4th year curriculum. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a safer environment for clinical practice. Also finding solutions to these incivility problems should lead to improvement in students’ clinical practice.
